Well we had our Dr. Visit yesterday afternoon. I had to change my appointment from the date that I picked out on Feb. 22. I had it scheduled for March 25, which was this past Tuesday, but while I was making the calendar for work, I realized that there would be someone else out that day. So a month ago, I called and changed my appointment to Thursday the 27th. I meant to call and check on it before I left Ruston, but I never got to it. As I was checking in for the appt., I was told that they had me for Tuesday not Thursday. I should've known better. But she called back to see if they would still see me and they did, she told me "It will just take a while". Of course. I would be sitting there waiting until 5:00 anyway, of course it will be a while. Whew!! Ok, so I go to the back to do the usual, blood pressure and all that jazz, and then I have to come back and wait again. I waited an hour until 4:30, they called me back and then I sat in the little room until 5:20. Wow, that's a lot of waiting. And I only saw the Dr. for about 5 min, and I was outta there. She had a hard time at first getting his heartbeat because that little dude was all over the place kicking and moving. He's extremely active, except in the mornings, he gets that from his mommy on weekdays and his daddy on the weekends. She said that everything sounded good. And then she measured my belly. I didn't even ask "just how big" it was. I kinda have an idea, especially when Chris laughs at me trying to get off my couch! But he better watch it, he's pushing 5 months himself. So all in all, the visit was good, the wait was BAD. But that's ok, before long, they will be over and we'll have Noah's visits. My next visit is my sugar test for gestational diabetes. Hopefully everything will be ok. Otherwise big momma will be on a drastic diet. Yuck!! We are ending our 23rd week. Sunday we will in the 3rd Trimester. Whew that freaks me out. A little over 3 months left! Have a good weekend. I have nothing planned and I can't wait!

~Easter 2008~
We love it and can't wait to get the room finished. After church this morning, we went to do Easter with all of Chris' neices and nephews. We hid 55 eggs, and somehow never found around 10. They must've been hid good. I hope they didn't have money in them. Enjoy our Easter pics. Have a great week. Kailee and I

It's Snowing In March
Can you believe it? It really did snow, and it was a blizzard a few times. He didn't know it, but Noah played in his first snow! It started snowing here about 10:00 am and there's still flurries falling now (5:00pm). I am still in shock that it had everything in Ruston white for a couple of hours. Hope you enjoy some of my snow pics!

Well, I think that Chris and I have decided on this name! "Noah Christopher" We both kept coming back to Noah and it was the only one that we both agreed on for sure. We like it and are excited to finally have something to call it. Last night Chris decided to read to baby Noah.....nothing like listening to Harry Potter. I am just glad that Chris wanted to do that! He was even down by my belly so baby could hear. It was so sweet! Hope you like our name!

It's been a week!

So It's been a week since the big news, and I think there are still people in shock....including myself! I think I'd be in shock either way. It's just SO real now! I can't wait....well I can for 20 more weeks, but no more than that. Last night got the chance to run by the Kool Kids Consignment Sale in Ruston. For those of you who haven't heard of that, it's a big garage sale that is put on twice a year here in Ruston. It's great. They had tons of things. And I have never seen so many pregnant women under one roof. It was a lot of fun and I did pick up a few things. Jay and Rachel bought him a few outfits. They were really cute. Jay kept hers though to make sure that the little one will have to come visit her. I've been trying to decide on a crib, keeping in
mind that I don't want anything too girly. We've still been throwing around names also. One that keeps coming up is Noah. We're hoping that one day we'll hear "that name". The one that just WOWs us. I can't wait for it to get warm and stay warm. Hope everyone has a great weekend.

~Suprise....It's a BOY!~
Chris and I had a wonderful birthday yesterday. We found out that we were having a baby boy. We are so excited. This is the first little boy on my House side. I have absolutely no clue what to do with a little boy, but I am so anxious to start this journey. My doctor said that everything looked great. He weighs about 10 oz. right now. During the ultrasound he flipped over twice. The nurse was going to get the measurements first, but she didn't get too far into it before he showed his prized possessions to us all. Now we really have to get started on picking a name!
Waiting to find out......
WOW!

It's definately a BOY!

He flipped over.....

It's real!
He's proud of it!

All stretched out...

Snuggler!
Tink and Momma, thanks for going with us to find out and we missed you Glenda!
